Tonight was officially U.K. songbird, Adele’s night to shine.

The acclaimed singer was the ‘queen of the night’ as she ran away with six awards including, Album of the Year (21), Record of the Year (“Rolling in the Deep”), Song of the Year (“Rolling in the Deep”), Best Pop Solo Performance (“Someone Like You”), Best Pop Vocal Album (21), and Best Short Form Music Video (“Rolling in the Deep”).

Kanye West, the ‘king of the night’ skipped out on the night’s festivities but nevertheless won a total of four awards.

Nicki Minaj, was completely shut out and was visibly disappointed after losing out ‘Best New Artist’ to Bon Iver. Maybe next year Nicki Nick!
