TV ISH: KANYE WEST ON 'THE ELLEN SHOW' + 'ONLY ONE' [VIDEO]

Kanye West shows a softer side in the video for his Paul McCartney-assisted single “Only One,” which he premiered on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Thursday.
The song, which debuted on New Year’s Eve, was written from the perspective of Kanye’s mother, Dr. Donda West, who passed away in 2007.

During his visit to Ellen, Ye spoke about his plan to grow his family with wife Kim Kardashian West.
“We’re trying,” he said. “I just want whatever Kim wants.”

His new album is still untitled.
“We’re still trying to find the vibe,” explained ‘Ye. “[There’s] this transition from what I felt when I did Yeezus to what I feel now and we’re just creating, so we haven’t found it yet.”
